1. General Terms

These terms and conditions form a binding legal agreement between the 33bk platform and its users. The "Platform" refers to the 33bk website, related applications, and all services. "User" refers to any individual registered on the platform.

33bk reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered automatic acceptance of the new terms. We therefore recommend visiting this page regularly.

If any clause of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

All information provided when creating an account must be accurate and up to date. If an account is opened with false information, 33bk reserves the right to cancel that account and withhold any deposited funds at any time.

3.2 Account Security

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

33bk reserves the right to verify a user's identity to ensure a safe service. Documents such as a national identity card, passport, or driving licence may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be held until KYC is completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Policy

The following payment methods are currently supported on the 33bk platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (via major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and others).

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit. Incomplete KYC may delay withdrawals.

• All active bonus wagering requirements on the account must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer may only be used once — only one welcome bonus applies per account.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• We recommend reading the specific terms of the relevant promotion before claiming a bonus.
• 33bk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

The 33bk VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Users can advance to higher tiers through regular play, and each tier comes with weekly cashback benefits. VIP benefits are personal — only the account holder may use them.

6. Responsible Gaming

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33bk platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Making deposits or withdrawals through fraudulent means.

• Exploiting any technical bug or vulnerability in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or threatening other users.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 33bk platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, game names, and formats — is the intellectual property of the platform or its respective suppliers.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

• Failure or non-cooperation with KYC verification.

11.2 Closure by the User

12. Dispute Resolution
